By using our services you're agreeing to these terms and conditions. Common Ground (We, CG) is an online commerce platform that allows you to manage your store and sell records among other items online. The back-office is provided via the administration panel available at https://admin.common-ground.io exclusively and the e-shop sites via custom URLs.
In order to use the Service, you must:
be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts;
complete the account registration process;
intend to sell physical goods such as music records;
agree to these Terms;
provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact and billing information;
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use the Service in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Note that by representing and warranting, you are making a legally enforceable promise.
Common Ground may refuse service, close accounts of any Members, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
CG is not responsible for the content you synchronise via our plateform to Discogs, you must ensure the Discogs guidelines are followed for your listings.
In order to use the Discogs API you must go through their authentication process facilitated from our preferences menus.
Once the credentials generated, they will be safely store in our database and used to synchronise your listing or fetch data from Discogs. If you Discogs account is suspended it will be impossible for CG to add listings or import your orders.
When you sign up for a monthly plan, you agree to monthly recurring billing, starting on the date you sign up after the month trial ends.
Billing occurs on the same day each month, based on the date that you started your membership.
Payments are due for any month on the same or closest date to the day you made your first monthly payment.
If any part of a month is included in the Term, then payment is required for the full month. Billing for Monthly Plans may be paused, and you may choose to close your account permanently at any time.
Recurring billing uses the card details stored in your Account section. These details are safely stored with the Stripe services and may be updated at any time.
As long as you’re a user of the platform, you’ll provide us with valid debit or credit card information or IBAN and authorise us to deduct your charges against that card. You’ll replace the information for any card that expires with information for a valid one.
If your card is automatically replaced with a new card by a payment processor, you acknowledge and agree that we’re authorized to deduct any charges on your account against the new card.
If we’re unable to process your card order, we’ll try to contact you by email and may suspend your account until your payment can be processed.
Multiple retails locations: we require a monthly recurring billing for each physical locations, point of sales or billing address. It is not allowed to operate multiple businesses from a single account and we reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect such breach of contract.
You or CG may terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason by terminating your CG account or giving notice to the other party.
We may suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, and your account is a paid account, we’ll refund a prorated portion of your monthly prepayment for a Monthly Membership.
We won’t refund or reimburse you in any other situation, including if your account is suspended or terminated for cause, such as for a breach or violation of the Agreement.
If your account is inactive for 24 or more months, we may terminate your account and you won’t be entitled to a refund for a prepaid month.
Once your account is terminated, you acknowledge and agree that we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it.
By agreeing to these Terms, you promise to follow these rules:
You will not upload illegal content
You will not sell counterfeited or illegal items
You will communicate with our support team in a cordial fashion
You will not send spam emails via our Newsletter services
You will comply with any request emitted from a platform admin
You will never upload hateful or violent content
Hateful content is described as: any statement, image, photograph, advertisement, or other Content that in our sole judgment could be reasonably perceived to harm, threaten, promote the harassment of, promote the intimidation of, promote the abuse of, or promote discrimination against others based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, disease, or immigration status.
If you violate any of these rules, then we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
When you use CG, we may automatically collect or receive certain information about your device and usage of the Service. Data we collect will never be shared with other third parties unless agreed upon.
We have access and use your data in order to generate statistics and provide helpful advisory services only.
All data is stored to our systems and via the AWS S3 storage service and we reserve the right to keep and archive your data indefinitely within our systems.
