Last year, we had the pleasure of inviting you to the first Independent Record Store and Label Market in Heat, Lyon produced by Common Ground. The event, in partnership with Culture Next and Grand Bureau, brought together nearly 20 exhibitors, a label stand representing the local scene and more than 3000 people on Sunday alone. Many of you have expressed your interest in this event, and underlined the importance of such a meeting.
In this context, we are pleased to announce the holding of the 2023 edition. Indeed, we have decided to continue our commitment to independent record shops, by producing this 2023 edition in Heat, (Lyon, Confluence) on two days: In order to open the networks, and connect more professionals between them, we decided to produce this second edition on the weekend of Saturday 7 and Sunday, October 8, 2023, allowing a larger number of exhibitors, from France and abroad. The weekend will be embellished with interventions and conferences, and a musical program.
